Mahlathi Road, Westville

This site is home to two warehouse facilities and located in Zone 5. Both facilities are fully sprinklered, have height in excess if 15m and contain A-grade offices.

Ashgate, Durban

This is a 38 000 sqm fully compliant, chemical facility and is ideally located in Zone 5, the industrial node between Amanzimtoti and the dugout port development at the old Durban airport.

Richards Bay Sulphur Facility

This is a modern bulk handling facility in extent of 27 000sqm on a 55 000sqm property and is the only fully compliant bulk import Sulphur storage and handling facility in South Africa.

Newlyn Park Rail Terminal, Bayhead

The innovative Newlyn Park Rail Terminal is fully compliant, in accordance with global standards and makes optimal use of its strategic location.

Isando Rail Terminal

This property is situated at 15/17 Anvil Road, Isando, Johannesburg. It is near OR Tambo International Airport and has easy access to major freeways.

BKB Park, Mobeni

This 72 230sqm facility is a multi-tenanted industrial park located in Zone 4, Jacobs, which is less than 10kms from the Durban port (approximately 10 minutes).

Clayville, Johannesburg

This 10.5 hectares industrial park lends itself to a multi-tenanted park with warehouse operations and is situated at the corner of Olifantsfontein Road & Southward Drive in Clayville.

Lansdowne Road, Mobeni East

Located in Mobeni, Zone 4, this is a modern 9 470sqm facility warehouse facility is situated in between the current Durban Port and the anticipated dug-out Port.

Bofors Circle, Epping

This site in Bofors Circle in Epping is ideally positioned next to Cape Town International Airport, with easy access to major routes, and within easy reach to the airport cargo terminals via back routes.

Lower Station Road, Maitland

The site is approximately 5km and 10 minutes from the Cape Town port. This Development site is approximately 55,445sqm and allows for a logistical operation only.

Moorsom Avenue, Epping

The site is located in Moorsom Avenue in Epping, with easy access to the national road network such as the R21, N12 and R24 and is ideally positioned next to Cape Town International Airport.
